What we hold
If you join the waitlist: your email address — used only to send you the TestFlight invite. No newsletter, no marketing, never shared or sold. Email us to be removed at any time.
If you use the app: a nickname (never your real name), your timezone, your habits and check-ins, your to-do items, your progress, and the pre-written hype you send and receive. If you send us feedback, that too — see below. That's the whole list.
What we never hold
When you sign in with Apple, we request no scopes — Apple never tells us your name or your email. There are no photos, no profiles, no free-text messages between people (the app is built so they can't exist), no ads, no third-party trackers, and no analytics SDKs. We never sell data. This page itself loads no trackers.
The “too much in my head” box
If you dump what’s on your mind to get it sorted into suggestions, that text never leaves your phone and is never saved— not by us, not by anyone. On devices that support it, the sorting is done by Apple’s on-device model; on every other device it comes from a list we wrote by hand. Either way there is no AI company involved and nothing is uploaded. Only the habits and to-do items you actually choose to keep are saved, and those are private to you.
When you send us feedback
If you use Settings → Send feedback, what you type goes to us and onlyto us. It is never shown to your crew or to any other user — that remains impossible in Stoked, by design. We store it alongside your app version, iOS version and device model (e.g. “iPhone16,2” — the model, never the name you gave your phone), so a bug is fixable without us having to come back and ask you. We delete it after a year.
We don’t ask for your email and we can’t reply inside the app. If you want an answer, email us from the support page.
Your crew sees almost nothing
Crewmates see your nickname, a status tile (rolling, quiet, back), and your total days — never your habit names unless you switch that on per habit, and never your history. Habits in sensitive areas are never shown to anyone, with no way to turn that off. Your to-do items are never shown to anyone at all — there is no setting for it, because there is no way for them to be shared.
Safety
You can only send kind, pre-written encouragement — never free text, and only when someone actually needs it. Report or block anyone in two taps; blocks are silent, permanent, and the two of you can never be matched again. A real person reviews every report within 24 hours.
Your controls
Export: download everything we hold about you from inside the app. Delete: delete your account in the app — your data is removed immediately from the product and purged from our systems within 30 days. Hype you sent others becomes anonymous.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Neon, in the United States), encrypted in transit. Retention: operational event logs are pruned after 18 months.

Stoked is for people 16 and up.
