STOKEDTERMS OF USE

THE DEAL, PLAINLY.

LAST UPDATED · JULY 24, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Stoked. Using the app means you accept them. They're short on purpose.

Who can use Stoked

You need to be 16 or older. One account per person. You sign in with Apple, and we never ask for your real name.

Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Stoked. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, or trying to move someone off the app for contact are all grounds for immediate removal.

The app is built so most of this can't happen: there are no photos, no profiles to browse, and no free-text messages between people — encouragement is chosen from a pre-written list. What remains, we police.

You can report or block anyone in two taps. Blocks are silent and permanent, and blocked people are never matched with you again. A real person reviews every report within 24 hours, and we remove content and eject accounts that break these rules — without warning and without refund where applicable.

Your habits are yours

You own what you create — habits, check-ins and to-do items alike. We store it to run the app for you, and you can export or delete all of it from inside the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from the product immediately and purges it within 30 days.

What we ask

Don't abuse other people. Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the service. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't use Stoked for anything illegal.

What we owe you

We'll run the app with care and tell you the truth about how it works. Stoked is provided as-is: it's a habit app and a supportive crew, not medical, mental-health, or crisis care. If you're in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

When you use the “too much in my head” box, the suggestions you get back are generated automatically— on your own device, from what you typed. They're a starting point, not advice, and nothing is created until you choose to keep it. We deliberately don't suggest habits about medication, therapy or recovery: those aren't ours to prescribe.

We can change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be posted here with a new date. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app whenever you like, for any reason. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
